Associations: Virtual YWCARF Info Sessions Available

    Contact us to schedule a remote overview that will benefit both new and longtime YWCA staff members.

    The YWCA Retirement Fund supports the YWCA's mission to eliminate racism, and promote freedom, justice, and dignity for all. Our sole purpose is to ensure income in retirement for employees of participating YWCA associations and today we serve more that 11,000 past and present employees of the movement.

    To help both new and longtime staff members better understand this unique reward for careers of service, we're inviting associations to schedule virtual information sessions with us.

    We'll cover:

    • The origins and structure of the Fund
    • The Fund vs. typical retirement plans (such as 401Ks)
    • How benefits are accrued monthly
    • Our 40% contribution match
    • Eligibility
    • When and how benefits are received
    • Beneficiaries
    • Our technology
    • Open question and answer

    Information sessions are conducted via Zoom, 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday, and run for 45 minutes to one hour.
